Residents of California can tell a business not to sell their personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page says where Juniper Seed Goods stands and how to send a request.
Your Rights in California
These rights come from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Under them, a California resident can ask what personal information a business collects and receive a copy. You can also have it corrected or deleted, opt out of its sale or of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. An authorized agent can make a request for you.
Where We Stand
Juniper Seed Goods does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No analytics or advertising tags run on the site. Information does go to the companies that do work for us, namely the host, the payment processor, the email service and the carrier, and only for that work. The CCPA does not count this as a sale or as sharing.
Making a Request
You can still send an opt-out or a data request. Email support@juniperseedgoods.com with the subject line Do Not Sell request, so it reaches the right place. Please include:
- the name on the order
- the email address used at checkout
- which right you are using
An agent acting for you must include your signed authorization. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as opted out, with no email needed.
After You Write
Receipt is confirmed within one business day. We may ask for details from a past order to check the request is yours. A full response follows within 30 days, with an email when the request is complete.
We do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights. Prices, service and access to the shop stay the same.
