Juniper Seed Goods ships to US addresses only, and standard shipping is free on every order. This is what happens between checkout and your door.
1. Processing
Each order is processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. In that time it is checked, packed and handed to the carrier. Business days run Monday to Friday and leave out US federal holidays. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday starts on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes an estimated 5 to 10 business days. The count begins on the ship date. These are estimates, not promises. Weather or a carrier backlog can add days.
3. Cost
Standard shipping is free within the US, at any order value. The shipping line at checkout reads FREE before you pay, and nothing is added later for handling.
4. Carriers
Parcels travel with a US carrier chosen to suit the parcel and the address. The shipping email names it.
5. Tracking
When the parcel leaves, we email a tracking number and link. The first scan can take up to a day to show. The tracking page explains each step.
6. Destinations
We deliver within the United States only. There is no international shipping. Orders are priced and charged in US dollars.
7. Address Accuracy
Please make sure the address is complete and correct before paying, including any apartment or suite number. Getting it right is up to you. To fix a mistake, email support@juniperseedgoods.com with the order number and the corrected address. Changes are possible until the order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address problem, we contact you to arrange another delivery.
8. Lost, Late or Damaged Parcels
If tracking stops moving, or the parcel is a week past its estimated date, email us the order number and we open a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms it lost, or it arrives damaged, you choose between a replacement and a full refund.
