Juniper Seed Goods is a trading name of TruleyMart Inc, a Delaware corporation. This page sets out which personal information we hold when you visit juniperseedgoods.com or buy from us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Information We Collect
The list is short. An order and a reply need very little.
- What you type at checkout: name, email, delivery address, a separate billing address if you give one, and a phone number if you add it.
- Card details: entered at checkout and sent on to the payment processor. Section 4 covers this.
- What you write to us: emails and the text of the contact and cancel forms, along with any order number you include.
- Server data: the IP address, browser, device type, page and time that come with any page request.
No one signs in here. The site has no customer accounts, so it holds no passwords. Analytics and advertising tags are not used here.
2. How We Use It
An order needs a name, an address and an email. That is what they are for: charging the card, packing the parcel, posting it, and emailing the receipt and tracking.
We also use this information to answer questions and to handle cancellations, returns and refunds. Order records help us spot fraud. Financial records stay on file because tax and accounting rules require them.
Nothing you give us goes into advertising, and no profile of you is built.
3. Who Receives It
Personal information is not for sale here, and none of it is shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. A few outside companies help run the store. Each one receives the part it needs and nothing more:
- the company that hosts the website and delivers its pages
- the order system and the payment processor, which record orders and take payment
- PayPal, if it is offered at checkout and you choose it
- the email service that sends receipts and shipping notices
- the parcel carrier, which needs your name and address and sometimes a phone number
They work on our instructions. PayPal also applies its own privacy policy to payments made through it. Otherwise, information is disclosed only when the law requires it, to prevent fraud, or to a buyer of the business, who would stay bound by this policy.
4. Card Data
Card numbers go from the checkout form to our payment processor, which handles them under the PCI DSS security standard. We do not store the full number or the security code. What we may keep about a payment is the amount, the date, the card type and the last four digits.
5. Security
Pages load over HTTPS only. Order records are open to the people who pack orders and answer email, and to no one else. Providers are picked partly on how they protect data. No system is beyond attack, so if a breach reaches your information, we tell you as the law requires.
6. Retention
We retain order and payment records for the period tax and accounting law sets. Support messages stay on file while a question is open and for a reasonable time after it closes. Server logs are short-lived and kept only for security. Ask us to delete your information and we remove whatever the law does not oblige us to keep.
7. Where It Is Processed
TruleyMart Inc is a US company and ships within the US only. Your information is stored and processed in the United States. Some providers run servers in other countries, so data can pass through them on its way to us, protected by those providers' own security terms.
8. Your Rights
If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to:
- find out what we hold about you and receive a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete what we are not required to keep
- opt out of sale or sharing, neither of which takes place here (see the Do Not Sell or Share page)
- appeal if we refuse a request
Send requests to support@juniperseedgoods.com or call +1 (877) 798-3361. To confirm a request is yours, we may ask for details from an order. An authorized agent may write on your behalf. A full answer reaches you within 30 days, and making a request costs you nothing in price or service.
9. Cookies and Privacy Signals
One cookie is set, and it is strictly necessary: __Host-ck, which keeps your checkout session together for about 90 minutes. The cart lives in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie, and so does your cookie banner choice. There are no analytics or advertising tags to switch off. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is still treated as an opt-out. The Cookie Policy lists every item.
10. Other Websites
Some pages point to other sites, a carrier's tracking page for example. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we do not control them. Read theirs before you give them anything.
11. Children
Orders are accepted from adults only, aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us details, write to support@juniperseedgoods.com and they are deleted.
12. Changes
A revised policy goes up on this page with a new date. If the revision affects information you already gave us, you hear about it by email before it applies.
