These terms cover your use of juniperseedgoods.com and every order placed on it. They say what we promise, what we ask of you and how disagreements are settled.
1. Who We Are
The shop at juniperseedgoods.com is run by TruleyMart Inc, a Delaware corporation, under the name Juniper Seed Goods. Mail reaches us at 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Where these terms say we, us or our, they mean TruleyMart Inc. You means the person using the site or placing the order.
Browsing the site or placing an order is acceptance of these terms. The Refund, Shipping, Privacy and Cookie policies are part of them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Use of the Site
Buy for yourself, or buy gifts. Buying for resale is not allowed. Nor is scraping or copying the site, disrupting it, testing its non-public parts, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent. Orders that look fraudulent may be cancelled, and anyone breaking these rules may be blocked.
3. Guest Checkout
juniperseedgoods.com has no customer accounts. Each order is a guest checkout. Receipts and shipping notices go to the email address you enter, so enter one you read.
4. Products, Prices and Currency
Photos and descriptions are as close to the piece as we can get them. Stone is a natural material, so color, pattern and size can vary slightly from the photo, and screens differ. Each listing names the stone and says if it is dyed, stabilized or otherwise altered. It also names the metal and any plating. No piece is claimed to be certified, and no stone or metal is claimed to affect health, mood or fortune.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Standard US shipping costs nothing. If a price is listed wrongly, we contact you before shipping, and you choose between the correct price and a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment Authorization
Placing an order is an offer to buy what is in your cart. Shipping it is how we accept. We may decline an order, for example when stock runs out or a payment fails checks. If we decline after charging, the full amount is refunded.
When you submit payment, you authorize TruleyMart Inc to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax. You also confirm the payment method is yours to use.
6. One-Time Billing
Each order is a one-time purchase. The card is charged once, for the total you approved, and that is the end of it.
Juniper Seed Goods offers no subscriptions, memberships, free trials, installment plans or auto-ship programs, and an order never signs you up for one. We never automatically rebill a card. You are charged again only if you place another order.
Each charge appears on your card statement as JUNIPERSEED.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
7. Title and Risk of Loss
Ownership of the goods, and the risk of loss, move to you when the carrier picks up the parcel. If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, the Shipping and Refund policies still apply.
8. Cancelling an Order
To cancel, use the Cancel an order page or email support@juniperseedgoods.com or call +1 (877) 798-3361. An order that has not shipped can be stopped and refunded in full to the original payment method. A shipped order cannot be called back. It can be returned under Section 9 once it arrives. Cancellation requests are answered within one business day.
9. Returns and Refunds
The return window is 30 days, counted from the delivery date. Opened and unopened products are both eligible for return and refund. We do not ask for an item to be unused or unworn, or to come back in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, meaning the order number or the confirmation email. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return reaches us. The full process is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Billing Questions and Disputes
If a charge looks wrong, contact us before you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Write to support@juniperseedgoods.com or call +1 (877) 798-3361, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. A bank dispute usually takes 30 to 90 days to close, and we can usually sort out the same problem much faster. If we cannot, your right to dispute is unaffected.
11. Intellectual Property
TruleyMart Inc owns, or is licensed to use, the text, photos and design of juniperseedgoods.com. Copying or reusing them needs our written permission. Carrier names, card network marks and other third-party names or logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, TruleyMart Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. The jewelry is sold to be worn, and no medical, therapeutic or other outcome claim is made for it. Liability the law does not let us limit is not limited here, and your rights under the consumer protection law of your home state are unaffected.
13. Indemnity
If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site, leads to a claim against us, you agree to pay the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result. This does not cover anything we caused.
14. Governing Law, Courts and Class Waiver
The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms and any dispute about them or the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If talking it through does not settle a dispute, it goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and you and we submit to their jurisdiction.
Each claim must be brought individually. You and we both waive any right to bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration or other representative proceeding. Where the law of your home state gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, such as a right to sue in your local courts, those rights remain.
15. Changes and Severability
These terms may change. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. If a court holds a clause unenforceable, that clause falls away and the others remain. Not enforcing a term at once does not mean we give it up.
16. Electronic Communications
Receipts, shipping notices and support replies are sent by email. You agree that these emails, and the terms accepted at checkout, meet any requirement for written communication. Ticking the box at checkout has the same effect as a signature.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier or network outages, strikes or government orders. If such an event holds up an order, we tell you. An order that has not shipped can then be cancelled for a full refund.
